■ Door cost additional. For prices allow for 1200mm wide door

■ Frame depth and thickness is 160x30mm or 140x30mm (Refer to diagram) and includes plant on stops

■ Frame Material: H3 Treated Pine / Meranti as standard (check with your state) and Merbau as an optional extra

■ Pivot systems are not recommended for exposed situations. Consider Weatherguard

■ Modular construction may be supplied with EG/FG frames depending on location
